If your purchased software is unable to be activated or does not remain activated you have the right to a replacement. To replace please email us at support@softwaredigitaldownload.com. If the replacement license key does not activate you are then entitled to a full refund.
Exchanges
SoftwareDigitalDownload will exchange software purchases for up to 30 days after order completion but only if the software has not been downloaded by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after 30 days.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the credit/debit card used when placing the order. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
